Sadly, I will have to write a letter of condolence this weekend.  It takes my hand a while to adapt to a pen, so I am practicing my black Namiki Vanishing Point in my Kunst & Papier A4 sketchbook.  The combination of the slightly textured paper and the penʻs sharpish Binder .5mm cursive italic make it a challenge, but I am hoping attention, patience, and persistence will produce something adequate.  Platinumʻs nano-carbon pigmented Carbon Black looks like an India ink, but is designed for fountain pens.  A wonderful ink thatʻs a sibling to their Pigment Blue and Pigment Brun Sepia.  All together they are my current most favored ink family.
